Pursuant to the Organic Law 15/1999, with date 13th of December, on Personal Data Protection (from this point on, PDP) and to Development Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, with date 21st of December (from this point on, DR), OESIA NETWORKS Ltd. (from this point on, THE ENTERPRISE), informs the user that the personal data given during the registration or any other data provided for his access to some services of this WEBSITE will be added to THE ENTERPRISE data base in order to maintain the contractual or commercial relation established between THE ENTERPRISE and the USER; manage, administrate, provide, increase and improve the services the user has subscribed to or registered for; adjust those services so as to improve their quality in regards to the USER; design new services related to the aforementioned ones; carry out statistical studies that allow the design of improvements in the provided services; manage the candidacies of the applicants to join our selection processes; send information about the updates of the services; as well as the technical, operative and commercial information about the products and services -that will be sent by traditional or electronics means- that THE ENTERPRISE offers, at present and in the future.
Sending personal data by using the electronic form of THE ENTERPRISE or the emails, implies the express and unequivocal consent of the sender to the automatic data processing, fulfilling the purposes described above. The data provided by the forms are strictly necessary so that THE ENTERPRISE could serve correctly the request made by the USER.
The personal data processing as well as the sending of commercial communications made by electronic means, are according to the PDP and the Law 34/2002, with date 11th of July, on Information Society and E-Commerce services.
THE ENTERPRISE does not use spamming technics and it will only process the data that the users will transmit by the electronic forms provided in this WEBSITE or by emails.
THE USER, for his part, guarantees that he is older than 14 years and that the personal data provided to THE ENTERPRISE are true, committing himself to inform THE ENTERPRISE for any modification of them.
THE ENTERPRISE has taken the required measures, technical and organizational, in order to guarantee the security of the personal data and avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorized process or access, as to the demanded by the PDP, and makes sure to use other means and take additional technical measures for protection. However, the user must know that the security measures in internet are not impregnable.
If the USER wants to declare his denial to the data processing with one of the purposes described above, he can do it by choosing the corresponding square during the registration or by addressing a written communication to THE ENTERPRISE.
Additionally, the data owner can exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition through a written communication addressed to OESIA NETWORKS, Ltd. Legal Assistance, Marie Curie St., 19, 28521, Rivas Vaciamadrid, or the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, providing a copy of his ID or an equivalent document and identifying the right that is requested.
The consent given by the USER for the data process and cession may be withdrawn any time.
The USER can block the creation of cookies by choosing the corresponding option in his navigation program. However, the enterprise is not responsible, if the deactivation of them impedes the good functioning of the page. The information obtained is completely anonymous and in no case can be related to a specific and identified user.
If the registration implies the assignation of a password to the USER, he commits to use it carefully and to keep it secret. The USERS are responsible for the passwords and other identifiers that THE ENTERPRISE provides them, and they commit not to give them or allow their use to other users. It will be the USER’s responsibility if another person uses illegally this WEBSITE services with the user’s password due to a negligent use or loss of it.
Therefore, the USER must inform THE ENTERPRISE immediately about any circumstance that implies the wrong use of passwords and other identifiers, such as theft or loss. As long as THE ENTERPRISE is not informed, it will be exempted from any responsibility that may exist due to the wrong use of these passwords by unauthorized users.
