  • This innovativeOn-Screen Display ( OSD) solution enhances the Primary Flight Display (PFD) with Real-Time Flight Information, Improving Situational Awareness.

Madrid, 15 Oct, 2024.UAV Navigation-Grupo Oesía, the expert company in guidance, navigation and control solutions for UAS, has announced the development of an advanced On-Screen Display (OSD) display technology that enhances the Primary Flight Display (PFD) of the flight control system to show first-person display to NATO Category I and II UAS operators. This advancement is designed to integrate with IP cameras and Visionair, the Spanish autopilot and navigation systems manufacturer’ s advanced mission planner. The new HUD(Heads-Up Display) technology provides UAV operators with enhanced situational awareness for both civil and military applications. By overlaying key flight data on the live video stream, operators can make faster and more informed decisions in order to maintain superior control during UAV operations. Remote pilots will be able to calculate distances to other platforms, improving flight safety, and obtain millimeter accuracy during landings among other maneuvers and applications. This important improvement has been designed and developed specifically for the company Primoco UAV, a customer of UAV Navigation-Oesia Group products for years, whose platform is in the process of obtaining the STANAG 4703 certification. This collaboration underlines the commitment to offer tailor-made solutions to UAV manufacturers, listening to their needs, and the commitment to meet the rigorous regulations required in advanced UAV operations. “Our experience with UAV Navigation-Oesia Group has been exceptional,” shared Ladislav Semetkovsky, CEO of Primoco UAV. “The integration of the new OSD technology into our UAV fleet has significantly increased the situational awareness of our operators and is a step closer to typical manned aviation safety standards. The dedication of the development team to understand our specific operational needs and deliver state-of-the-art customized solutions has been instrumental in optimizing our performance in challenging environments. We can confirm that the new OSD concept fully meets the required UAV certification standards.” “This latest breakthrough underscores our customer-centric approach and our dedication to flight safety, while reinforcing our leadership in innovation for UAVs,” said Miguel Angel de Frutos, Director & CTO of UAV Navigation-Grupo Oesía. “Our new OSD technology not only boosts the operational capabilities of UAVs, but also significantly improves the safety and efficiency of their missions.” For more information about our advanced OSD technology and our flight control solutions for professional UAS, please visit our website at https://www.uavnavigation.com/.

SGoSat

Family of SATCOM On The Move (SOTM) terminals for vehicular installation and stable mobile connection

SGoSat is a family of high-tech SOTM (Satellite Comms On The Move) terminals that are installed in a vehicle, providing the ability to target and maintain a stable connection to the satellite when the vehicle is in motion in any type of conditions.

The SGoSat family is composed of versatile terminals, which can be installed on any type of platform: trains and buses, military and/or government vehicles, aircraft, ships, etc. Originally designed for the military sector, SGoSat terminals are extremely reliable and robust, integrating high-performance components that comply with the most stringent environmental and EMI/EMC regulations. The product uses low-profile, high-efficiency antennas and a high-performance positioning and tracking unit, allowing the terminal to be operated anywhere in the world.

In order to meet the diverse needs of its customers, INSTER has developed single band and dual band terminals in X, Ka and Ku frequencies.

The SGoSat family of terminals can also be configured with a wide range of radomes (including ballistic options) to suit customer requirements.
