Last Tuesday, May 21, Factor Humano, an event organized by IFAES, brought together 50 companies, 80 speakers and 1,300 professionals from the Human Resources sector at the Metropolitan State of Madrid.
Grupo Oesía, a Spanish multinational company dedicated to dual-use digital and industrial engineering, participated in the meeting to present its commitment to the development of technological talent and its management in the face of digitalization and the irruption of technologies that, such as Artificial Intelligence, are transforming all sectors.
Eva Cornide, Director of Talent and Culture at Grupo Oesía, participated together with Silvia de Cristóbal Álvarez, Development Manager at Atresmedia; Javier García, Director of Applications and Data at Acciona; and Belén Ruiz, People & Tech Manager at Repsol, in the round table to discuss the opportunities offered by Artificial Intelligence to the departments closest to people, such as Talent and Human Resources.
In his speech, Cornide spoke of the importance of acquiring skills such as continuous learning in order to successfully address the changes and challenges brought about by technological advances. In addition, he highlighted that developments such as AI offer new facilities and improvements in processes, allowing the automation of tasks and the focus of work on valuable actions that require human capabilities.
