Last July 11th, Grupo Oesía, a Spanish multinational company dedicated to dual-use digital and industrial engineering, renewed the contract with Red.es for the management of the Telecommunications User Assistance Office (OAUT) for three more years.
The OAUT, dependent on the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Civil Service and whose management falls on Grupo Oesía since 2012, assists telecommunications users, performing a high value work that contributes significantly to ensure a better experience in the use of the operators’ services.
This service, public and free of charge, enables an efficient attention to the user and also plays a key role in the continuous improvement of the telecommunications sector in Spain.
