Toledo, July 17, 2025 – Oesía Group, a multinational company dedicated to digital and industrial dual-use engineering, has presented in Castilla-La Mancha, for the second consecutive year, its financial results for the fiscal year 2024 and thus revalidates its growth in a key region.
With a global turnover of 256 million euros in 2024, the company has achieved in the last three years almost a two-fold increase in turnover (1.6x), a three-fold increase in EBITDA (2.6x) and a five-fold increase in net profit (4.6x). The results obtained in Castilla-La Mancha are equally positive, surpassing its best records in 2024.
Grupo Oesía has reached a turnover in the region of 120.5 million euros, which represents 47.1% of the total business of the company and a 15% growth compared to 2023. EBITDA reached 19.9 million euros, which represents a contribution of 54% to the Group’s total (36.9 million euros).
Likewise, the evolution of Grupo Oesía in Castilla-La Mancha during the last three years reveals a very strong anchorage in the region, managing to multiply almost by three its turnover (2.7x) and by two and a half times its EBITDA (2.3x).
In terms of investments, in 2024, the Group allocated 8.6 million euros to Castilla-La Mancha (47% of total investments), which represents a 39% increase compared to 2023.
Together with the excellent figures presented by the company, Grupo Oesía has announced the investment of 20 million Euros for the period 2025-2028, destined to triple the production capacity and to modernize the facilities of its reference Technological Center, located in Valdepeñas. This expansion responds to the strong growth of the demand and the need of having adequate facilities for the technological challenges faced by the sector.
Luis Furnells, executive president of Grupo Oesía, has stated that “the year 2025 is of vital importance, since it marks the culmination of our current Strategic Plan, well conceived, rigorously executed and sustained on four pillars: hyperspecialization, investment in disruptive technologies of dual use, signing of technological alliances and internationalization”.
Likewise, Furnells informed that “in parallel, we are already working intensively on the new Strategic Plan 2026-2030, which is born with the ambition of becoming the lever that projects us into the coming decades. In this new horizon, Castilla-La Mancha will undoubtedly play a key role. The investment of 20 million euros in the Valdepeñas Technology Center, unprecedented in our history, clearly reflects our commitment to the region”.
It is worth mentioning the strong commitment of Grupo Oesía for the talent of the community, becoming an engine of employment. The workforce of the Technological Center of Valdepeñas increased by 23% in the last year, contributing to the strong growth of Castilla-La Mancha in industrial employment (5%) compared to the whole nation (2%).
Along these lines, the technology company, which currently employs almost 550 professionals, expects that when the Valdepeñas Technology Center renovation project is completed in 2028, the number of highly qualified workers will increase by 40% with respect to 2024, exceeding 700, which will represent the creation of more than 200 jobs in the autonomous community.
