El Español brought together professionals with experience in talent management in the technology sector to address the challenges of attracting and retaining STEM profiles in technology companies in Spain.
Eva Cornide, Director of Talent of Grupo Oesía, participated in this forum and shared the vision of the Spanish company which, dedicated to technological innovation, has specific tools and programs to enhance the professional development of the technical profiles that give life to its projects.
Cornide reflected on the priorities of new workers in the technology sector: “They want challenges, they want to learn, they want growth, short projects where they challenge themselves. And, as a company, you have to adapt to that reality.”
The round table also counted with the contribution of Ignacio Azorín, General Director of Digital Strategy of the Ministry of Digitalization of the Community of Madrid, and Fabiola Pérez Ramos, CEO and Co-Founder of MIOTI | Tech & Business School.
