Situation

The Ministry of Justice requests support to guarantee the correct coordination and management of different projects within its digital transformation, as well as those related to the support of the ICT services involved.

Tasks

Grupo Oesía offers its capacities to carry out the periodic follow-up of the state of the services and projects in the field of infrastructures, deployment and exploitation of applications and attention to users.

At the same time, it facilitates the control of billing and compliance with Service Level Agreements.

Also from Oesía we carry out the Service of Governance of Batches offered by the Ministry plus the Office of Project Management Services of the ICT direction of the ministry.

Action

Among the actions carried out, the following are worth mentioning:

  • Strategic management: service quality scorecards and project prioritization.
  • Demand management: analysis and launching of new projects.
  • Proposals for improvement in processes and work methodologies for greater maturity in the service.
  • Evaluation of risks, deviations in planning and dedication of resources, and other aspects that may affect the quality of the service.

Result

Grupo Oesía has been covering to the satisfaction of the Ministry of Justice the contracted PMO service, which has resulted in an improvement of the efficiency indicators and in the fulfillment of the service level agreements contemplated in the different areas.
