Situation

The Junta de Comunidades de Castilla la Mancha requests a 6-year ICT Master Plan for the General Directorate of Telecommunications and New Technologies.

Tasks

Grupo Oesía carries out consultancy work for the presentation of the Master Plan during a period of 3 months. It then goes on to monitor and supervise the implementation and operation of the new Technological Platform that supports the entire emergency management model currently in operation in SE112.

Action

Grupo Oesía has been carrying out activities of analysis, support, project management, service management, quality management and information security management.

The following actions are carried out within the security and continuity office:

  • Ensure information security throughout the project life cycle.
  • Implement and maintain an information security management system based on compliance with the legal framework, recognized standards and best practices.
  • To issue the necessary recommendations regarding information security.
  • Establish business continuity management (BCM) based on the ISO 22301:2012 Standard - Business continuity management systems.
  • Compliance with ENS regulations.
    Perform the Personal Data Protection Impact Assessment (PIA) in accordance with the Data Security Guide, published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
  • Design, implement and follow up the training plan on security and data protection.
  • Risk management aimed at generating the ideal security conditions to guarantee the provision of the SE112 service.

SGoSat

Family of SATCOM On The Move (SOTM) terminals for vehicular installation and stable mobile connection

SGoSat is a family of high-tech SOTM (Satellite Comms On The Move) terminals that are installed in a vehicle, providing the ability to target and maintain a stable connection to the satellite when the vehicle is in motion in any type of conditions.

The SGoSat family is composed of versatile terminals, which can be installed on any type of platform: trains and buses, military and/or government vehicles, aircraft, ships, etc. Originally designed for the military sector, SGoSat terminals are extremely reliable and robust, integrating high-performance components that comply with the most stringent environmental and EMI/EMC regulations. The product uses low-profile, high-efficiency antennas and a high-performance positioning and tracking unit, allowing the terminal to be operated anywhere in the world.

In order to meet the diverse needs of its customers, INSTER has developed single band and dual band terminals in X, Ka and Ku frequencies.

The SGoSat family of terminals can also be configured with a wide range of radomes (including ballistic options) to suit customer requirements.
