Advanced support service of the Ulma Group's ICT department.


ULMA is a cooperative group with more than 60 years of activity in the market, dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of highly complex structures and systems for the agricultural, construction and logistics sectors, among others.

Requests advanced support services for its IT department.


Support services are provided for queries, incidents and second level problems. As well as consulting for the evolution and improvement of the systems.


Infrastructure services support all the company's business processes (purchasing, procurement, warehousing, sales, manufacturing).

The services offered by Grupo Oesía contemplate the administration of systems by means of a remote service 8×5, with the following environment:

  • Windows Server, CentOS Server Environment
  • Data centers with continuous replication for Disaster Recovery
  • Virtualization on Vmware vSphere
  • IBM and Lenovo Storage
  • SQL and Dynamics AX Databases
  • Exchange Server
  • Veeam Backup & Replication


Grupo Oesía has maintained ULMA's trust since 2007, while it has evolved from a physical model of infrastructures to a virtualized one, and has implemented a contingency plan of infrastructures to a model of 2 CPDs with Disaster Recovery and continuous replication.
